Returning a Product for Other Reasons (such as ordered wrong item, no longer need, just don’t like) 

All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. 

All returns must be authorized by us. 

The product must be in perfect working order, unused, still in its original condition & packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. I

If your product was Special Order or Custom Manufactured, they are non-returnable and non-cancelable once ordered or received for any reason other than a proven mistake on our part.
